Jet-set Irishman (and happily retired bartender) Philip Duff splits his time between being an award-winning spirits educator, Director of Education for Tales of the Cocktail and owning door 74 (Amsterdam). Her once got deported from Yugoslavia and his favourite James Bond was Pierce Brosnan. He lives in New York with his wife and daughter.
