Bacardi Legacy 2019 is well under way, and in the UK that means the ‘Most Promising’ bartenders competing to be National champion are currently promoting their cocktails to the trade.
One of this year’s UK finalists, Bristol bartender Chelsie Bailey, has created merchandise packs as part of her Legacy campaign, and she has kindly set aside four give away to BarLifeUK readers.
Each pack contains a t-shirt, sticker, pencil, canned Rum Reverie cocktail, and perhaps most importantly, a notebook. The notebook is significant, as Bailey often cites meticulous note-taking and record keeping as the key to her prodigious cocktail competition success, and describes a notebook as “the most important tool a bartender can have”.
Which is true of course, but the canned cocktail is pretty cool too…
