Submit your recipe, and have it judged in your own bar
Now in its third year, this great comp tasks you with creating your best possible Chartreuse drink.
The only rule: it must contain at least 25ml of Chartreuse. The rest is completely up to you.
This year there will be no heats. Simply submit your recipe, and Chartreuse Ambassador, Matthew Dakers, will come to your bar and judge it on your home turf.
The best drinks will then be selected and bartenders invited to compete in the UK national final, held in London on December 12th.
The final will once again be peer judged, with the competitors deciding which cocktail and bartender should win.
The winner will join Mr. Dakers in France in early January 2013 for an all expenses trip to visit to the Chartreuse monastery, see the distillery and of course get some skiing action in.

Remember – Your recipe must contain at least 25ml green chartreuse.
