If you’ve always fancied a go behind the wheel of a Ferrari or Lamborghini then this Averna competition is for you.
The top four bars will be winning the chance to drive 2 supercars with two people from the winning bar being joined by one from the 3 runners up. Registering for the competition is easy, simply email your bar’s name, contact name and number plus which wholesaler you purchase your Averna from to info@instildrinks.co.uk 
The competition will run from December 1st – February 28th 2014 and it is simply a matter of collecting the most points to have the chance to show The Stig how it’s done. Points can be collected in the following was:
- Every bottle of Averna sold through your bar will collect 10 points. Applies to:
- Averna Amaro 70ml
- Averna Cream 50ml
- 20 points for every Averna cocktail listed on any drinks menu.
- 30 points for every Averna cocktail recommended on a food menu.
- 40 points for hosting a training session for your bar & waiting staff run by Michele Tuveri (the Instil Italian Brands Ambassador) on ‘Italian bitters cocktail renaissance’
- 40 points for hosting an internal Averna cocktail competition in your bar
A league table will be posted on the Instil website and all points will be awarded at the discretion of the Instil team and awarded once copies of invoices and/or menus have been received.
