The UK Cognac Bureau (BNIC UK office) have announced a multi-brand cognac tasting and masterclass session open to members of the bar trade. The session will take place on Tuesday February 16th at TT Liquor on Kingsland Road, London E2.
Vistors to the ‘Cognac Experience’ will be able to taste cognacs ranging from VS to XO as well as special editions, single vineyard and vintage examples.
Masterclass sessions will cover the subjects of pairing cognac with food, and using cognac in cocktails. The latter will be delivered by Joe Hall of London bar Satan’s Whiskers.
