Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our brands according to customer needs & objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory to ensure growth attainment
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Requirements
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
- Prove ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential)
