Now that London Wine Week (LWW) is just over a month away, organisers DrinkUp.London are able to confirm the first 100 London bars that will be offering either £5 wine flights, or sip-and-snack deals as part of the festival’s wine tour.

BarLifeUK News - London Wine Week 2017 Announce Participating BarsBoth card-carrying oenophile bartenders and the wine-curious will find LWW an excellent opportunity to broaden their horizons at mate’s rates, and being a Drinkup.London bash, there will be the chance to learn about booze as you drink it.

LWW say of this year’s festival:

Leave your misconceptions at the door with bag‑in‑box wine at Vinoteca and taste three premium wines from Gascony, Provence and Cataluna. Bounce between Italy’s mineral chardonnay, soft peach rosés and deep purple montepulciano from Abruzzo at Acqua7 and create your own flight using Martello Hall’s largest selection of tap wines in the country.

Experience the joy of fresh fish polpetta paired with chardonnay’s high minerality and long finish at Enoteca Pomaio. Dig into Hawksmoor’s famous old spot belly ribs with a glass of full bodied Henschke semillon to accompany you at Hawksmoor Seven Dials and jump in with devils on horseback paired to a deep pink rosé at Sager + Wilde Paradise Row.

You can buy a festival pass and see a full list of participating bars on the LWW website.
