Go along to their pop up space at the Bike Shed in Shoreditch where you can kick start your day with an immersive morning dance party hosted by Morning Gloryville, which includes healthy breakfast, mocktails, yoga and massage. All to the energising sounds of their talented bliss jockeys.

You can then relax, refuel and re-treat yourself in their chill out area. Come for a quick meeting, grab a healthy lunch and cocktail, enjoy a massage, play games or just get away from the hustle and bustle. Either way the Red Bull retreat is here to help.

Later in the day you’ll be inspired during a discussion and Q&A session with some of the World’s biggest and brightest within the craft cocktail scene. Our host JJ Goodman from London Cocktail Club will be talking with this all-star panel, Mia Johansson from Swift, Tom Aske from Worship Street Whistling Shop and Stu Bale from Crucible, about their career highs and lows, how they succeed in this tough market and how they continue to innovate and stay at the sharp end of the cocktail world.

Finish off your day listening to two forward-thinking live acts, straight out of south London.

Experience their live performances of modern jazz cuts, merged with the best of 2 step, hip-hop, broken beat and dub in a unique encapsulation of worldwide sounds. The opening performance of the night comes from WALRUS – an experimental jazz and beats quintet headed up by the award-winning musician and RBMA alumnae, Emma-Jean Thackray.

The second live set is brought to you by IDIOM; a collaborative project between two top talents, Joe Armon-Jones and Maxwell Owin. Both of these are key contributors to the growing South London jazz scene and have built a strong rapport through intelligently merging nu-jazz with worldwide beats, soulful groove and garage.

So, come grab a cocktail and be prepared to get your groove on to some of the finest selectors of the nu-jazz scene – not to be missed!
