Role profile

We are looking for an established senior brand ambassador to take the role of Showcase Manager. Ideally based in the London/South of England the successful candidate will drive awareness, the brand message, and success of Peroni Nastro Azzuro across the UK drinks trade.

The main purpose of the Showcase Manager is to lead the prestige team and to proactively build the Peroni Nastro Azzuro brand within the top end of the on-trade arena through the development of relationships in key outlets as well as develop and lead the development of a showcase strategy for all MBUK brands.

The candidate in this role also acts as an ambassador for MBUK itself, hosting many evenings in trade with senior SABMiller personnel and others within SABM global looking to develop their business in this area. This role requires high levels of gravitas, an ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders, strong premium brands affinity and a highly driven passion for strategic brand development. High levels of energy, people management and passion are required.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals currently working in an ambassadorial capacity in the on-trade to join a business that truly offers diversity, progression and development. This position is a management level opportunity and as such has direct influence and interaction with key leadership teams. What our client is looking for and essential criteria

  • In-depth exposure to working with premium drinks brands and strong knowledge of the high end on-trade landscape
  • Strong exposure to the on-trade environment from a sales, ambassadorial or marketing perspective
  • Highly presentable and able to deal with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrable evidence of high gravitas, creativity, strategic ability and commercial skills.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship development and influencing skills to drive commercial success.
  • Excellent influencing and people management skills
  • Graduate calibre with a dynamic approach
