As part of their campaign to promote Authentic Caribbean Rum, WIRSPA is undertaking a European-wide research project to determine existing attitudes to and understanding of the rum category.
As they embark on a nationwide training programme WIRSPA are hoping to establish the existing level of knowledge around rum and in particular the rules and regulations that govern it’s production.
Working in partnership with BarLifeUK, WIRSPA are asking bartenders to complete an online questionnaire. It should only take 10 minutes and one lucky winner will receive over £125 worth of high quality bar kit.
