The latest opening in London from The Gordon Ramsay Group is on the hunt for a Head Bartender and Bartenders.
The Gordon Ramsay Group operates a collection of restaurants and bars across London, each with their own unique identity and style. Their newest addition will be Heddon Street Kitchen, coming to Regent Street at the end of this year. Inspired by Bread Street Kitchen in the City, it will be an all-day dining and bar concept.
Head Bartender and Bartender opportunities have arisen at the exciting new opening, and we are looking for keen, enthusiastic, motivated individuals with experience for the following key roles:
To be a successful Head Bartender, you will:
- Have previous cocktail and experience in a quality bar environment
- Head bartender’s will run the bar in the absence of the Bar Manager or Bartender
- Lead the team by example; adopting a hands-on approach, can do, nothing is too much approach
- Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the guest and managers
- Be a clear and concise communicator
- Have the ability to multi-task effectively
To be a successful Bartender, you will:
- Have a real flair and passion for service and working with quality products and interesting drinks menus
- Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service at all times of the day
- Have previous cocktail and experience in a quality bar environment
