Fortunella Announce Sour Competition Finalists

Twelve bartenders to compete for the Fortunella Sour Competition top prize on April 25th

The entry deadline for Fortunella Liqueur’s Sour Competition passed last week, and since then the brands creator, Lukas Stafin, has been hard at work judging the entries – no small task as over 100 bartenders submitted a recipe. Initially the plan was for 10 competitors to be invited to compete in the final at Opium later this month, but such was the standard that Lukas has selected 12 bartenders to take part.

The final, taking place in April 25th at Opium in London, will see the winner receive £500, with second and third place taking home £250 and £100 respectively. Many thanks go to everyone who took the time and effort to enter the competition, and congratulations to the twelve who made it through to the final. Best of luck on the day…
