The roles’ responsibilities include:
To maintain a clean and tidy bar area
To contribute to the success of the bar and the business as a whole
To work flexibly to meet business needs
To communicate effectively with the team
To drive bar sales while maintaining cost controls
To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims, objectives and philosophy of the company.
To complete induction and training in health and safety and food hygiene
To be punctual, neat, clean and tidy
To help assist your team members and managers
