Carlsberg UK have collaborated with renowned beer writer Pete Brown to create a craft beer handbook named ‘Crafted’.
This, the fifth edition of the handbook, examines 64 beers and ciders from the draught, world, craft, and speciality sectors, as well as providing market stats and an overview of this growing and bar-friendly category.
In addition to excellent descriptions of and tasting notes for many of the available brands, Crafted also makes use of Pete Brown’s expertise to examine glassware, matching craft beer with food, and putting together a craft beer list. The handbook also provides contact details for a number of craft beer brewers.
The Crafted handbook contains some genuinely interesting information that is bound to be useful to any bars looking to improve their beer menu, or just better understand the category.
