Ciderdog Cider Festival Returns to London Bridge in July 2019

Ciderdog Cider Festival: 20th July 2019, The Miller, London Bridge, SE1 3SS. Free entry.

If, like us, you find the omission of the Apple Cider Barge in Bristol from any of the ‘best bars in the blah blah’ lists inexplicable, you will be happy to learn that Ciderdog Cider Festival will return to London this year.

Now in its seventh year and described by its organisers as ‘the biggest real cider festival in London’ (a claim we have neither the capacity or inclination to verify) Ciderdog will see around 100 British ciders and perries on tap, all available at the hazardously low prize of £3.50 a pint.

Que Padre Tacqueria will be on station, providing both meaty and vegan/gluten-free food in an effort to help enthusiasts maintain a measure of equilibrium, along with DJs playing music to accompany the kind of dancing that only cider produces.

Notable cider brands in attendance include Sea Cider, Oliver’s, Turners, and Ascension. A number of London-brewed craft beers (The Kernel, Partizan, Howling Hops, Pressure Drop) will also be available, should you be accompanied by friends who didn’t grow up in Somerset.

Bartenders with a fondness for apples and pears, and the day off on July 20th, can follow Ciderdog on social media for more information:
