International award winning cocktail bar NOLA is looking for a full-time bar manager to start immediately.

Plans for future expansion are now in the works and NOLA is looking for an experienced bartender/ bar manager that has worked in some great venues and is looking for an exciting and challenging new opportunity.NOLA-bar

Who we are?

NOLA is an award-winning, Shoreditch based cocktail bar, inspired by the culture and rich history of New Orleans. With a soundtrack of blues, a hidden cigar terrace and drinks list that gives more than a small nod towards the Big Easy, NOLA is a bar that believes drinking should be fun. The cocktail list offers classic New Orleans cocktails such as the Sazerac, Grasshopper and Ramos Gin Fizz, as well as drinks created by bartenders currently working in the Crescent City.

What we expect?

Someone that has a full understanding of cocktail bars and classic cocktails. Someone that would never call a guest a customer. Someone that works as a team mate not as an employee. Someone that has strong English language skills (written and spoken). Someone that shows up for every shift with a pressed shirt, big smile, decent chat and ready to work hard.

What we return?

The opportunity to work with and lead an amazing team of talented bartenders, the opportunity to help create future cocktail menus. A salaried remunerations package with additional service charge added (private health insurance, a laptop and mobile phone are also included). We also include WSET certifications, cigar sommelier certification, government accredited management and health and safety courses.

The small print?

Minimum 45 hours per week with the standard UK holidays off.  Eligible for healthcare, WSET education, cigar sommelier certification and approved management courses after six months of proven hard work and favourable performance reviews. Position for the right candidate available immediately.
