Recently on a trip to champagne with Moet we made a bet. A bet with Andy Mil. We lost. He could have bet anything but he bet this. This picture and this message was all he wanted, to show his love on his wedding anniversary to his lovely lady Jen.
It got us thinking about all the people who put up with those that work in the hospitality industry. All the late nights, sorry texts, missed date nights, cancelled dinners…. the list is endless.
As Andy put it:
‘She has stayed next to me despite all the missed birthdays I couldn’t make and passed all the once in a lifetime occasions I couldn’t attended because I had to work.’
So today we announce National ‘Thanks for putting up with me I’m a useless shit’ Day. Buy him or her a box of chocolates, bunch of flowers, Lego Star Wars set, puppy or whatever feels right and give them a hug.
