A spirit expert will lead a masterclass, showcasing eight different Piscos from four different companies, produced in the Coquimbo region of Chile. The mixologist Steeven D Rosales will also be showcasing the best serves for these Piscos in a variety of cocktails, highlighting the different taste profiles of the spirit. Coinciding with London Cocktail Week, bar managers and press are invited to the opening of a Chilean Pisco Showroom at Harrison’s Coffee, a prestigious Chilean restaurant in Paddington. This showroom has been built by the Pisco Association of Chile, and the President of this organisation will be in London for its inauguration. Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about Pisco, from perfect serves to heritage, alongside therelease of a new Pisco cocktail recipe devised by mixologist Steeven D Rosales
