Hi-Spirits increase their portfolio of brands with the introduction of I Spirit Vodka and Bloodshot Bloody Vodka Spirit.
The brand has some impressive names behind it, not least the owner of Harry’s Bar in Venice Arrigo Cipriani plus distillers Marc Fantinel and Francesco Cosulich. Between them they have produced this 40%, five times distilled vodka which is now available to the UK market.
Joining I Spirit Vodka at Hi-Spirits is Bloodshot Bloody Vodka Spirit a 29.9% spirit with spiced and savoury flavours.
The base of Bloodshot is a grain spirit produced from British wheat which is then combined with botanicals including chipotle, tabasco and cayenne peppers, coriander and celery seeds, horseradish and lemon peel. Add to that mix other ingredients including Worcestershire sauce, oak aged ruby port, lime bitters and lemon extract and it will come as no surprise to you that the suggested serve is in a Bloody Mary.
It is also usable in other cocktails or, our preferred serve at BarLifeUK, the perfect hangover shot (although we of course always drink responsibly so we tend to have a bacon sandwich at the same time).
