The François Premier Hotel is an upscale, 4* hotel, located in the heart of Cognac, which just celebrated its 150th anniversary. After a complete interior renovation, it reopens its doors in spring 2012. The hotel bar, seating 30 people, will be the first cocktail bar in Cognac. It will target the standards of elite bars such as the Artesian and The Connaught in London, Le Forum and Georges V in Paris.

The bar manager will be the ambassador of the François 1er hotel, representing its brand image by its know-how and skills.

The Bar manager will be responsible for the development, expansion and management of the bar. He/she will ensure the full functioning of the bar, from the creation of the cocktail list to customer service, from supply to inventory management.

Associated skills:
- Master the culture of classic cocktails and have proven experience in the creation of cocktails and cards
- Be at ease with all categories of spirits, know the referent brands, more specifically alcohols produced in the Cognac region
- Good speech, operational level in French and English (fluency in French would be ideal, but is not a must)
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience in a reputed cocktail bar known
