Australian born Timothy Barnes began bartending at the late age of 25 in the Nottingham link of The Living Room chain. Some 12 months later, love brought him to Manchester where he mixed and shook his way through bars such as Socio Rehab, the late Rodeo, Room Restaurant and Harvey Nichols. Tim has now taken the leap from Northwest Bar Joker to Academy Trainer and Beverage Consultant with Diageo in India.
