Growing up in the thriving Melbourne bar scene, Tim Philips has since worked at some of the world's best bars. Black Pearl (Aus), Milk & Honey (London), and The Clubhouse (Fra) to name a few. In 2009 he took out the title of CLASS magazines UK Bartender of the Year beating a throng of big names and British natives. Tim is migrating to New York in the summer to extend his already bustling CV beyond European shores.
