Riki Carter is Bar Manager of New Zealand’s multi award winning Matterhorn Bar in New Zealand and now Spirits and Cocktail Director for Pack Group (Matterhorn, Foxglove, Snap Dragon and La Zeppa). Riki now develops the cocktail lists and trains staff throughout the company with the same passions as when he ran Matterhorn. Riki is now excited to be a part of the team contributing to BarLifeUK and sharing tales from the other side of the globe.
