The new menu at the Loft features 30 different homemade ingredients, incuding all fruit cremes, triple sec, grenadine, passionfruit syrup, orgeat, lime cordial, limoncello, and many others created by the owner, Andrew Campana.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cocktail bartender with a passion for mixing quality drinks to add some new strings to his bow.
