Following the success of Leeds Rum Festival, the event’s organisers Sam Fish and Bruce Lerman have announced the launch of a new event for members of the trade and spirits enthusiasts – Leeds Gin Fair.
Taking place at the Leeds Corn Exchange on April 13th, the fair will offer visitors around 100 gins and gin cocktails to sample, along with opportunities to learn about the sector by way of masterclasses led by gin experts.
Organiser Sam Fish says: “Leeds Gin Fair is no ordinary gin event. We will be bringing in some of Leeds’ most respected bartenders and teaming them up with brands to create signature cocktail serves – all of which is part of the ticket price. No other spirit festivals are doing this – we’re sure that it will appeal to gin and cocktail-lovers alike.”
Along with gins to sample, there will also be a full bar for more ‘substantial’ exploration of the category, as well as food to keep visitors upright, and DJs to provide a soundtrack.
Leeds Gin Fair tickets are available now, and cost £15.
