  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our brands according to customer needs & objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory to ensure growth attainment
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors


  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Prove ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential)
