Following stops in Vancouver, Buenos Ares and Mexico City, Tales of the Cocktail will be setting up shop in Edinburgh on 1st April, for four days.

Following its usual format, daytime talks and seminars will be followed by evening events in the city’s bars, known as ‘Dynamic Duos’.

As you would expect, the seminars will be delivered by some of Scotland’s most well-known bar luminaries, such as Ryan Chetiyawardana, Mike Aikman and Georgie Bell.

Bars involved in the evening sessions include Bon Vivant, Bramble, Hoot the Redeemer and The Devil’s Advocate.

Seminars will include:

Going Back to Your Roots to Find Success
Ian McLaren with Ryan Chetiyawardana, Jim Meehan and Craig Harper
Sponsored by Bacardi

Drambusters: Why Scotch Belongs in Cocktails
Georgie Bell, Ryan Chetiyawardana, Mike Aikman and Tom Walker
Sponsored John Dewar and Sons

Talking Rot: Rancio, Scotch and MADness
Dave Broom with Ryan Chetiyawardana and Arielle Johnson
Sponsored by Johnnie Walker

Tickets will cost $329 (£271.25 at the time of writing), and can be purchased on the Tales of the Cocktail website, where you will also find a full list of sessions and events.
