Your favourite small but perfectly formed bar show is rolling into Manchester on May 18th, setting up this year at Studio 12 of the Old Granada Studios.

As ever, there will be a host of brands to sample and brand reps to quiz, alongside a programme of seminars and sessions designed to broaden your intellectual palate.

Particular highlights include:

The Art of Modern Punch, with David Segat: This practical session will showcase a magnificent range of flavour combinations and serving suggestions to wow your customers.

Vermouth Cocktails Around the World, with Leonardo Leuci (Jerry Thomas Project): Examine the worldwide influence of Vermouth and cocktail culture from the 1800’s onwards, from The Americas to Asia.

Ice Carving, with Zoran Peric: Learn how to keep all your fingers while carving ice, with Suntory’s ambassador.

Meet the Maker, with Malcolm Gosling: Learn about the back stories, trials and tribulations behind Bermuda’s beloved Gosling’s Rum.
