Award-winning London bar, Callooh Callay, are seeking a new bar manager

This is no job for the faint hearted – The Bar Manager at Callooh Callay will be responsible for all wet-led elements of the bar, from products, pricing, stock control, budgets, training and bi-annual & pop-up menu creation.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the bar, ensuring high standards and provide outstanding training, technique and knowledge to inspire and develop your bar team to be worthy of awards.

You will need management experience of both motivating a team and managing a bar. A good reputation amongst industry peers, enthusiasts and brands are essential. You will work directly with Richard and the team to develop, push and mold the future of Callooh Callay and the team.

We demand attention to detail, passion, creative energy and an understanding of what makes a good bar great; in return we will pay you (salary plus bonus, dependent on experience), support you in your career development and world-wide reputation:
