“Nobody is always a winner, and anybody who says he is, is either a liar or doesn’t play poker.” – Amarillo Slim

BarLifeUK are fans of gentlemen’s pursuits – we love whisky, cigars and games of chance. We also like taking money from chumps (or chimps) across a card table.

As such, we are very pleased to announce a monthly poker night, in association with Monkey Shoulder Whisky, for those who work in the bar industry to get together, catch up with old friends, make new ones and do everything in their power to take their money.

The game is Texas Hold’em, the venue is one of London’s best bars (exact venue given to players), welcome drinks are courtesy of Monkey Shoulder and the prizes are great.

The games are strictly invite only and if anyone wants to play please e-mail and you will be added to the list, places are limited but we will try our best to get as many people as possible involved.
