RumFest wrapped up what has felt like a very long London Cocktail Week.

The first Golden Rum Barrel Awards, held at the Hilton in London, celebrated 23 categories of rum-related excellence. A full list of winners can be found below, and BarLifeUK would like to congratulate everyone who came top of their pile.

  • Best white rum: Banks 5 Island
  • Best super-premium white rum: Oronoco
  • Best flavoured or spiced rum: Elements 8 Spiced
  • Best gold rum up to six years: El Dorado 5 Year Old
  • Best premium gold rum up to 12 years: Dos Maderas PX 5+5
  • Best premium gold rum over 12 years: El Dorado 12 Year Old
